Stratford Warranty:

• The reclining mechanism, wooden frame parts and spring systems are covered for manufacturing and material defects for five (5) years.
• Defective parts on seat cushion foams and filling materials are covered for one (1) year.
• The upholstery fabric and leather are covered for one (1) year: seam failure, fabric separation and nap loss.
• All other parts of your furniture are covered for one (1) year against defective parts and materials. This would include, but not limited to, electrical components, mattresses, table tops and drawers.

  Shipping Details:
  FREE Curbside Delivery: Our free delivery service includes curbside truck freight delivery. You will be responsible for unloading the item(s) from the back of the truck and transporting it to your residence. The carrier will call in advance to arrange a delivery time. Make sure you have some extra helping hands if you have ordered a large item.
  OPTIONAL White Glove Delivery (+$129): White Glove Delivery is a premium service, different than a standard UPS, FedEx, or curbside truck delivery. The carrier takes a larger part in making sure the product you are purchasing makes it safely off of their truck and into your home. Service Includes: In-Home Delivery, including up to 2 flights of stairs (4-15 steps = 1 flight) Two-man delivery team to move items inside your residence to the room of your choice Delivery team will unpack and provide basic setup that requires no tools (i.e. will set pieces next to each other, or on top of each other) Delivery team will also remove and dispose of all packaging
